By using PodZiply, you agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and only with newsletters and content you are allowed to forward.

You are responsible for the email account you use to sign in and for anything sent to your PodZiply forwarding address. PodZiply may store, process, summarize, and transform forwarded content to generate briefings and source views.

Generated briefings may contain mistakes or omissions. When accuracy matters, the original newsletters and linked sources remain the authority.

We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, unlawful use, or behavior that harms the service. We may also change, improve, or discontinue features over time.
